Das Haus in der Moussonstrasse ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Universität Zürich und der ETH entfernt. Mit dem Abschluss der Renovationsarbeiten bietet das Haus insgesamt 19 Studierenden ein schönes Zuhause während ihres Studiums. Ausgestattet mit Töggelikasten, wunderbaren Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und vielem mehr haben die Studierenden viele Möglichkeiten neben dem Studium ihre Freizeit zu gestalten.

The Moussonstr. 17 Student-house is located where Zürich’s central university quarter meets a residential area of traditional villas in the Fluntern neighborhood, 5 – 10 minutes
walk from the central buildings of the ETH and the UZH and about 30 minutes by public transport from the main buildings of the PH Zürich, the ZHAW and the ZHdK.
It is situated in a historic building and provides home to an international, coeducational community of 18 young people (representing 7 nationalities, as of spring 2024) who study at the bachelor’s or master’s level. The House is open to students of any religion and who are ideally at the beginning of their studies in Zürich, for a maximum of two years of stay. Recommended age at the time of moving in: 18 – 22 y/o!

What is new in the Student-house?

During the summer in 2018, the student rooms went through a partial refurbishment and
a brand new central kitchen came into operation. In a next step, during the summer 2019, the main staircase of the building was renovated as well.
